Volunteer Opportunities

"Volunteers don't necessarily have the time, they just have the heart!"

Thank you in advance for sharing your time and talents. Volunteering helps us and it can help you meet other parents while you work together to enrich your child's school experience.

We like having our parents involved in the life of the school.  PreK parents are especially invited to participate in our daily activities.  Please click here for specific information.

There are some opportunities to help with the Kindergarten classes specifically.  If you would like to learn more about volunteering in a Kindergarten classroom, click here.

There are many opportunities to get involved.  The PTO is always looking for help.  If you would like to see what you can do during the school day,

All schools in Massachusetts require paid staff and volunteers (parent, guardian or nanny) to have a Criminal Offender Record Information “CORI” background check conducted. St. Mary's School is required to submit CORI forms each year to the Archdiocese. Any information obtained through a background check is shared with the principals of the schools only. Other staff members and parent volunteers are not allowed to have access to this information. CORI forms will be available for you to fill out at the Back to School Night or in the school office – drop in anytime. Please don’t mail in a CORI form to the school - you have to submit your form in person and have your picture identification (license) checked.
