| Welcome to 3B!
In third grade, we are on our way to many exciting learning adventures! We will expand upon our knowledge of what we learned in second grade and we will be introduced to many new concepts. Learning multiplication and division, writing various kinds of poems, adding new parts of speech such as adjectives and adverbs to our sentences, investigating animal habitats, learning about communities and the Revolutionary War, and making planet discoveries are just a few of the topics we will be exploring. Religion lessons are incorporated into our daily routine with prayer, song, and loving our neighbor as ourselves by showing respect for each other. Children are encouraged to take pride in their work and always do their best. Our goal is to learn something new every day and to look forward to what "will be" the next day!
